Work Placements
Every year Music Theatre 4 Youth offers work placements to young people in Ireland aged 18 - 30. All placements involve working alongside our artistic team and their assistants on “Musicals in a Weekend” or residential projects.
The placements are ideally suited to those wanting to work with young people and looking to develop a career in music theatre as a director, choreographer or musical director.
Placements are unpaid (but catering is provided in the venue). There are opportunities for placements to progress, over time, to assistant level.
There are also opportunities to take up a placement in: Arts Administration, Costume design, Make-up and stage management.
