To provide inclusive opportunities and structured pathways for young people throughout Ireland to experience excellence and professionalism in Music Theatre under the tutelage of internationally acclaimed practitioners.
The aims of the organisation are:
· To develop the performing skills, technical skills and life skills of young people through Music Theatre
· To support the career development of young practitioners through Music Theatre
· To provide inclusive opportunities for participation and audience development
· To develop Music Theatre 4 Youth as a sustainable arts organisation
