BBC Children in Need Bursary

BBC Children in Need have awarded Music Theatre 4 Youth (MT4Uth) a grant to provide 60 free bursary places on our 2006/07 projects.

The bursary places will enable 60 young people interested in Musical Theatre to avail of the opportunity to work with international level directors and choreographers.

Entry Requirements
Applicants should be over 11 years old by 1st July 2006, but not older than 18 years.

Places on projects will be free of charge to those selected for a bursary using the criteria below:

• Child whose parent is in receipt of income support or income-based jobseeker’s allowance
• Child who is registered in the Free School Meals Scheme
• Child from a single parent family

All applicants should have a genuine Interest in Musical Theatre and would benefit from training with an International Team of Directors and Choreographers

** Applicants must obtain the approval of their parents or guardians **
