Jenny Cooke - Chief Executive of MT4Uth

Jenny is the Founder and driving force behind MT4Uth.

She worked with the BBC for 16 years and then worked as a freelance production manager for a variety of independent TV companies.

Jenny is also a Lay Magistrate in the Juvenile Courts, a Governor of a Preparatory School, and a board member of Kabosh Theatre Company.







Gerry Gilpin - Chairman

Gerry is the Managing Partner of Key Consulting Group. Prior to this he was the Senior Partner in Gilpin Black Management Consultants and the founding General Manager of Beecom Management Consultants, now Parity Solutions. He also held senior positions in PA International, Magee Clothing (NI) Ltd and Standard Telephones and Cables Ltd, now Nortel.

Gerry has also been a Council Member of the CBI, Chairman of the NI branch of the Institute of Management Consultants, President of CIMA (Northern Ireland Region), a non-executive of the South and East Belfast Community Trust and Vice Chairman of the Belfast Institute of Further and Higher Education. Gerry has also worked as a Consultant for several Charitable Organisations, including Cancer Research, The Arts Council, The Lyric Theatre and The Sports Council. Gerry also played professional rugby for Ireland.

Roy Bailie - Company Secretary and Treasurer

Roy is Chairman of the Baird Group and leads a group of companies engaged in print, publishing, internet services and document logistics.

He was formally a Director of the Bank of Ireland and a member of the Court of the Bank of England and is currently a director at UTV.









Suzie Scott - Children's Officer

After graduating from Reading University in History of Art and Architecture, Suzie worked for Christie's, Fine Art Auctioneers. After taking time out to bring up her family she set up a Property Development Company with her husband in County Down.

She has always been interested in the arts and was a member of the Holywood Players, the Belfast Philharmonic Choir and the Ards Choral Society. She currently sings with the NewQuay Singers. She is a keen photographer and has enjoyed taking photographs on many of MT4Uth's projects.




Moira Hopkins - Deputy Children’s Officer

Moira is a psychology graduate of Queens who was a Lay Panel Member sitting in the Family and the Youth Court.

She was a JP and a relationship counsellor for Relate for many years. Her great interest in sport has seen her working to encourage young people to participate in sport. At the same time she played an active role in the provincial, national and international governing bodies.







Mark Huffam - Director

Mark Huffam has been working in the film industry for over 24 years.

He started producing films in 1997 with credits including Spielberg's Academy Award®-winning Saving Private Ryan (associate producer) and Academy Award®-nominee Quills (co-producer). In 2001 Mark produced Captain Corelli's Mandolin starring Nicolas Cage and Penelope Cruz and in 2002, he acted as executive producer on Stephen Daldry's Academy Award®-winner The Hours.

He continued his relationship with Working Title Films, working as producer on Johnny English (2003), Thunderbirds (2004) and the award-winning Irish film Mickybo and Me (2005).

Recently, Mark has produced the football dramas Goal! (2005) and Goal 2 - Living the Dream (2006) and the box office sensation Mamma Mia! (2008) for Universal Pictures International, as well as Freakdog (2008) and Ghost Machine (2008) both for Generator Entertainment. Mark set up Generator Entertainment with Simon Bosanquet in 2007, and has just completed producing their third film, the supernatural thriller Ghost Machine

Solicitor - former Partner and now Consultant to Tughans Solicitors.












Jennifer McAufield - Director

After reading English at Queen’s University, Belfast Jennifer, joined the BBC as a radio production assistant working on farming and gardening programmes. She then moved into television drama department, working as a First Assistant Director with many well known directors such as Danny Boyle, Michael Winterbottom, Pat O’Connor and the late Alan Clarke. In the mid 90s Jennifer became a freelance Line/Co-producer working on both feature films (Wild About Harry), television series & features (The Missing Postman & Eureka Street).

Jennifer returned to BBCNI drama department in 2001 as a Production Executive and among her credits are Murphy’s Law, Five Minutes of Heaven and Occupation .Her latest project has involved working in Cape Town on a joint BBC/Discovery Channel factual drama.

Jennifer’s interests include the theatre, classical music, walking and keeping fit. She is married and has an 12 year old son.
