Bursary/Top Talent

Many young people who take part in our programmes are keen to develop their skills and talent and interested in working in the industry. For many financial constraints (e.g. unemployment, single income / low pay household) and/or isolation (e.g. rural areas, peer culture) prevent them from doing so. We have set up bursary/outreach and top talent schemes to remove barriers to participation and enable young people from all backgrounds to take part and reach their full potential.
